Michelle Pacynski - VP, Digital Innovation at Ulta Beauty

As Vice President of Digital Innovation at Ulta Beauty, Michelle Pacynski is responsible for all aspects of information technology related to guest facing systems. Prior to joining Ulta, Pacynski spent over 5 years with The Room Place as CIO. In this role, she served as a key member of the leadership team that transitioned the organization from a family-owned, locally focused home furnishings retailer to one owned by private equity and focused on growth. She had oversight for IT operations and strategic technology planning to optimize package solutions to deliver on high-level business objectives with a focus on driving process improvement, innovation and fulfilling business requirements. Earlier in her career, Pacynski held positions from program manager to CTO at organizations including Sears Holding Corporation, Electrolux Home Products, Integrated Software Specialists, Montgomery Ward and The Systems House.
